Olof brings experience from almost 10 years as Head of Legal for a Swedish Stock exchange focused on growth companies, where he also served as a management member. Through his work in the listing committee, he has reviewed a vast number of companies from various industries. Olof has extensive experience from working under FSA supervision, and brings a wealth of unique insights within capital markets and financial regulation. Olof started his career at one of Sweden’s leading law firms, where he worked a few years with M&A and Capital markets.
